You may request for your parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at your own risk. If no one is available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will attempt re-delivery or leave a card with further instructions.

Larger Orders
Delivered via Royal Mail or courier, depending on size.
Courier deliveries include tracking details
Royal Mail estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days (but can take up to 15 working days). If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Large Items & Furniture
One of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date
Delivered on a pallet for secure transport. This is kerb side only delivery- The delivery drivers are not insured to enter premises.
Access for a large vehicle is required—please ensure there is sufficient space for delivery

Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery, as most items do not fit through letterboxes

Returns Policy

Unwanted Items
If you wish to return an unwanted item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so.
All returned items must:
Be in their original packaging.
Be unused and in a resaleable condition
Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned back to you.
Please note: Return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the buyer.
We strongly recommend that you obtain and keep proof of postage when returning items. If a return is damaged or list in transit, this receipt will assist you in making a claim with the courier.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@fourseasonshomeandgarden.co.uk.
For larger damaged items:
We will email you a returns slip
The slip must be printed and securely attached to the packaged item.
Our courier will make one collection attempt only
Please ensure the item is securely packaged and that someone is available at the agreed collection time. If the collection attempt is unsuccessful, any further collection attempts or additional return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
